We all possess an internal knowing. You get the 'feels' about someone, and instantly you just know that you are either compatible with them or not. This is not just referencing a romantic relationship, but any relationship/friendship that comes into your life. It's important to always listen to your inner guidance..the possible warning signs that pop up..the nasty knots that you get in the pit of your stomach when someone doesn't make you feel right. More often than not, we tend to ignore or to dismiss these feelings and move forward with a friendship/relationship that is not meant for our highest good. We can look at these experiences as being periods of our own personal growth, lessons that we were meant to learn after we have finally cut those chords attached to negative influences.
We also, thankfully, merge with those that are aligned on the same spiritual plane as ourselves. Those people that we can trust and open our hearts to. Positive relationships can even foster lifelong bonds that truly define the tern 'soulmate'. Remember that soulmate relationships can be either romantic or platonic..it simply means that we have known that person in another lifetime and the bond that we share with them is unbreakable..we just know that person on a soul level.
So depending on your own personal situation at the present time...ask yourself...is this person trustworthy? Trust your inner guidance. Pray, sit in silence and listen to messages regarding your concerns. There is no ignoring that which you already know in your heart.
We are all connected energetically..aligned together on the spiritual plane. When we pray for others we are also being showered with blessings and are attracting more positive vibrations to ourselves. It makes you feel better when you pray or meditate regularly doesn't it? That's the magic of the power of intention. When we intend to heal a situation or a person and pray for this healing to occur, we are attracting this higher vibration of love not only to them but to ourselves as well.
In spiritual truth, none of us are ever really alone. We all have the power to change our surroundings, and to attract more abundance and love into our lives. Don't forget about loving yourself as well. It's vital to take time for you in the bigger picture of life. Self care is necessary so that we can be of service to others. Take some time here to pamper your soul...connect with nature, take a yoga class or a painting class...anything pleasurable that will help you to connect, and unite with the spiritual side of yourself. You may need this time alone especially if there are trust issues regarding someone in your life. Be kind and loving to yourself and honor your heart.
You know far more than you give yourself credit for! Wise souls have lived many lives, and when we practice daily meditation we can access these past lives. Otherwise known as the Akashic Records, where there are 'files' regarding our life's path.
Here you are being called to embark on a spiritual journey, or to re-connect with yourself on a soul level. When was the last time that you sat in silence, and either prayed or meditated? If you answered...not in a long time...then perhaps it is something that you might want to start to embrace again. When you do, you can gain insights and answers to whatever is troubling you in your life at the present time. When we quiet our minds and listen to divine guidance from either God, the Creator, or the Angels, we are downloading useful information that will help us to move forward more positively, peacefully, and with less worry and fear attached to outcomes.
Once you begin this daily practice, you will also be able to help those around you in ways that you weren't able to before. Simply because you will have gained a newfound peace and clarity within. Think of it as being a channel of healing light to others without even realizing it!
Love and Light to all!
