#1..Are you being heard? Have you tried hard enough to express your needs? The throat chakra governs communication, speaking our truth, creative focus, being heard and understood. What are your personal forms of expression? How do you present yourself to others? Now is the time to try and reach past your comfort zone and to try something that you haven't tried before. We communicate in various ways, whether it be through art, dance, journaling, or speaking. Try something new, as you are feeling the need for change. You may even find yourself relating differently to others, and may look for new companionship/mentors/friends.
#2..What is your heart telling you to do? What do you love to do? Do you love your career, your home, your relationships? When you honor your heart, you are fulfilling your true path. Following your intuition will not only guide you easily to your next steps to take, but will leave you feeling a sense of accomplishment and boost your self esteem. The heart chakra governs compassion and love towards others as well as ourselves. This is a time to stand true to yourself and to honor what you know is your rightful path. When we let our ego stand in the way of our personal growth, we experience blocks in our progression.
#3..Fear is the opposite of love. The root chakra governs our source of energy, and is where we feel grounded and secure. Giving into your insecurities is only going to hinder you from knowing just how far you could have taken yourself on your personal journey of growth. Ask yourself what is it that you are afraid of? Courage is necessary if you are ever going to move forward and make strides. Affirm to yourself that you are worthy of success, and that you are good enough to have an abundant life. It is true when they say that the only thing to truly fear is fear itself. Turn your energy outward as opposed to inward. When you start to make positive changes the right people will show up in your life to help you on your journey. The only way to keep moving is forward.
#4..Your inner child knows what needs to be healed. The third eye chakra governs our intuition and guides us to truth. What is it that you need to forgive? Is it someone else, or is it yourself? What is in your past that needs to be healed? Be easy on yourself, as you can be assured that no matter what it is, you are still loved. When you are able to release that which no longer serves you, you are able to return to a place of inner peace. Harboring resentment and anger only blocks you from your own spiritual growth. Try to release your past so that you can move onto a brighter future. Your awareness will begin to blossom, and you will begin to feel a stronger bond with spirit.
